Your order will ship within 5 business days after the receipt of payment unless otherwise notified.

Shipping

Shipping fee is $5 and your order will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Please contact us if you need to have your order expedited.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not happy with the item you purchased, please contact us within 15 days of your purchase. Custom pieces, special orders, sale items, or items that have been adjusted can not be returned. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. All returns must be insured for their full value, and we will not be responsible for uninsured jewelry lost in the mail.

International Order

Please contact us before you place an order so we can put the items on hold. We will contact you with the actual shipping cost and process the order after the shipping rate is accepted.

Sales Tax

7% sales tax will apply orders billed to an address in North Carolina.

Packaging

You will receive the purchased items in gift pouch(es) ready for gift giving!

Repairs

Your jewelry is guaranteed under normal wear and tear for 1 year from purchase. After 1 year, your jewelry will be repaired for a small fee. The owner of KanoKano reserves the right to determine normal wear and tear. If you should need a piece repaired, please email Mitsuyo at kanokanojewelry (at) yahoo (dot) com before shipping.

Jewelry care

Here are some tips for you to enjoy KanoKano jewelry for years to come:

• To prevent natural finish of the jewelry, please avoid contact with perfume, hairspray and other chemicals
• Do not swim or shower, sunbathe or exercise in your jewelry
• Use mild soapy water to lightly cleanse your beads in your hand, rinse well and gently pat dry when needed
• It is a great idea to keep each piece in a zip closing plastic bags to prevent scratching, tangling and oxidization which can tarnish silver
• Use soft polishing cloth to revive the shine on silver
